Bikam Yoga

(90 minutes)

Bikram Yoga (90 mins)

Bikram Yoga (90)  is a series of 26 traditional hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises. Pranayama breathing at the beginning and kapalabhati breathing at the end. Bikram Yoga is designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles ligaments and tendons in the order in which they should be stretched.  Bikram Yoga's 26 +2 sequence systematically moves fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of your body, to each organ, fiber and cell restoring all systems to healthy working order just as Nature intended..  Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health and a sense of well being will automatically follow. Most poses are done twice.

Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga (60 mins)

Bikram Yoga (60) class is a different version of the  Bikram Yoga sequence. In this class we still do most poses twice, like the Bikram Yoga 90 mins class. Some poses are merge together. ALL DONE IN 60 MINUTES. Great for beginners or anyone who wants to add a second workout to their day. And anyone with a limited amount of time in their schedule.

SILENT Bikram Yoga

(60 & 75 minutes)

SILENTBikram Yoga (75 mins)

SILENT Bikram Yoga class is the same sequence as a Bikram Yoga (90 mins) or Bikram Yoga Express only in this class there is very little dialogue or corrections and the teacher does the class with you. Very relaxing and meditative. Some Bikram Yoga experience recommended. You become your own best teacher. Relaxing music is played during class.

HOT HIIT

(60 minutes)

HOT HIIT (45/60 mins)

HOT HIIT is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. HOT HIIT uses both Pilates and Yoga postures and principles, along with other body weight exercises. It's a workout designed to strengthen muscles, improve overall health, and help to lose weight fast. Great compliment to a Bikram Yoga practice. Room is heated but not as hot as Bikram Yoga.

HOT Vinyasa

(60 & 75 minutes)

HOT Vinyasa

HOT Vinyasa is a dynamic type of yoga. Vinyasa is the Sanskrit term for flow and refers to connection of breath and movement to create a dynamic, flowing form of yoga. Using ujjayi pranayama (ocean like breath) throughout the class, postures create a yoga dance while breath is coordinated with the movements. Like Bikram Yoga, Vinyasa is Hatha Yoga based. Some poses are also held for a specific number of breaths before moving on to the next pose. 

MUST BRING YOUR OWN YOGA BLOCKS (blocks are available for purchase)

Yin Yoga

(60 minutes)

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a form of restorative yoga. Postures are done mainly on the mat. Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to go into a posture, soften the muscle and focus on relaxing and letting go. Yin Yoga offers deep access to the body. Postures are held for extended periods of time (2-5 minutes). Yin Yoga allows access and releases connective tissue (fascia). The time spent in postures is much like the time spent in meditation. Perfect for beginners! Room is heated though not as hot as a Bikram Yoga Class.

SEKHEM SOUND BATH MEDITATION

Enjoy 1 hr of pure bliss. Relax and meditate to soothing live sounds being played in the room.
Wear comfortable clothes. NO HEAT, ROOM TEMP.
$35 drop-in - included in all memberships/packages

A Sekhem Sound Bath is a sound healing meditation centered around the Unified Heart Chakra. Assisting participants in balancing their bodies. Sekhem is living light energy. It is part of a trinity healing system called All Love (Sekhem-Seichim-Reiki) Sekhem comes through uses a sound to open the doors of heart and help the body align with the parasympathetic nervous system. Using the sounds of Quartz 432hz Crystal Singing bowls, songs of the Shruti Box, Himalayan 7 metals singing bowls and other instruments to assist the body in feeling relaxed and reaching a deep meditative state. And Always closing the sound bath with a hands on portion of body tuning with tuning forks. 

Using visualizations, mantras and songs along with the sounds this sound bath will help you release tension, deep relaxation, feel your heart open , feel clarity and centered for your week.
