POLICIES

• Expiration Dates: All memberships and Class card packages have set expiration dates, which are clearly stated at the time of purchase. We strictly adhere to these expiration dates.

• Rollover Policy: If you have unused classes left on a class card package, they can be rolled over if a new package is purchased.

• No Pauses or Extensions: Memberships and packages cannot be paused, extended, or put on hold for any reason.

• Non-Transferable & Non-Sharable: All memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

• CLASS CARD Sharing Policy: Class card packages may be shared among family members living in the same household. Proof of residency required (driver license). Memberships, however, remain non-transferable and for individual use only.

By purchasing a membership or class card package, you agree to these terms. And understand that all purchases are final and non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.
